You won’t want to miss this exciting annual event. It’s not only great fun, it’s our biggest fundraiser of the year. So get out your calendars and put a big “X marks the spot” on Saturday, November 17th, 5 p.m., Kingwood Firehouse!

There are several ways you can be a part of the action:

  • Volunteerto help with set-up, operations, food service or clean-up. We’ll be setting up on Friday, Nov 16th from 5- 7 pm.   • Bid and Buy!Come to the Fall Auction and enjoy the fun. Arrive at 5 pm to get first crack at Door Prize Tickets, Kids Tricky Tray Tickets, and Instant Win items. Stake out a seat in the Firehouse Hall, begin bidding on the MANY silent auction items and sign up activities and prepare for the Live Auction action!

Plan now to be there on November 17th. Your RSVP is needed to ensure we have adequate quantities of food and childcare workers. Whether you’re looking for a splurge or a bargain, come ready to bid on exciting parties, exotic dinners, gastronomic delights, adventures, workshops, and handcrafted items. Successful bidders can win vacation time at the beach or in the mountains. There’s a lot to choose from—collectibles, services, antiques, art, jewelry, gift baskets, and more! Each year holds delightful surprises and wonderful deals. This is big; we count on the generosity of our donors and bidders to make this fundraiser a budget-balancing success.
